Shipping & Returns
At Sunnah Gift Box, we understand that our customers are the heart of our business. Our goal is to make sure that every customer has a positive experience with us. To ensure that your shopping experience with us is seamless, we encourage you to carefully read our Shipping Policy before placing an order. We believe that transparency is key to building trust with our customers, and we want to make sure that you fully understand our shipping terms.
ORDER AND SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with all the necessary information about your order, including the tracking number and courier partner. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive these emails.
PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We kindly request that you allow us 1-2 business days to process your order before it can be shipped out. It's important to note that this processing time is separate from the shipping time. Therefore, the total time it will take for you to receive your order will be the processing time plus the shipping time.
Additionally, please be aware that we ship orders exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend or during public holidays will typically be processed on the following business day.
COURIER PARTNERS AND TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipping confirmation email from Evri that contains a tracking link. You can use this link to track the status of your package. Please note that the delivery timeframe provided in the email is an estimate and may vary depending on your location.
While we partner with Evri to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your package, we cannot guarantee delivery within a specific timeframe. In the event of any shipping delays or issues, we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
DAMAGES DUE TO COURIER HANDLING
At Sunnah Gift Box, we take great care in ensuring that all our products are of the highest quality and are packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. However, sometimes packages can be damaged due to handling by the courier company.
If you receive a package that appears to be damaged, we recommend that you take photos of the packaging and contact the courier company as soon as possible to report the issue. Please also send us the same photos at info@sunnahgiftbox.com and we will do our best to assist.
INCOMPLETE / INCORRECT ORDERS
If your package arrives with missing or incomplete items, please contact us at info@sunnahgiftbox.com with your order number and the details of the missing or incomplete items within 48 hours of receiving the package. Depending on inventory and stock, we may ship products separately. In this case, you should receive separate shipping confirmation emails containing the tracking number for each package. We will cover the shipping costs for any missing or incomplete items. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will issue a refund for the missing or incomplete items.
ORDER CHANGES AND ACCURATE SHIPPING DETAILS
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. For system-detected address issues, our customer support team will send an email to verify your shipping details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we do not receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at info@sunnahgiftbox.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to make changes after the order has been placed.
DELAYED DELIVERY
At Sunnah Gift Box, we understand that receiving your order in a timely manner is important to you, and we strive to ship out all orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that in some cases, there may be delays in delivery due to circumstances outside of our control.
For example, courier partners may experience unexpected delays or issues during transit, such as severe weather conditions or transportation disruptions. In such cases, we will do our best to work with the courier to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible.
Refund Policy
Changed your mind? No problem! We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To arrange a return, please contact us at info@sunnahgiftbox.com. If the return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please ensure they are packed and sealed to avoid any damage on its way back to us.
NOTE: If the reason for the return is a customer error in product selection, we do not guarantee a refund.
Faulty Items
If your item develops a fault or arrives damaged within the first 28 days, please report this to us immediately with photographic evidence of the fault. We will provide you with a pre-paid returns label to send the item back to us. Once we receive the item, we will issue you with a full refund, or offer a replacement for the faulty item.
